The Excel Campus Mobile App

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the brand-new Excel Campus mobile app, designed to enhance your learning experience and keep you connected on the go. It’s currently available on iOS.
Below, we’ll outline the features available in our new app, and how to make the most of our mobile learning experience!
🔒 Login and Home Tab
Once you’ve downloaded and installed the app, you’ll be greeted by a login screen. Simply use the same email address and password that you use to access the Excel Campus website.
After logging in, you’ll be redirected to the home tab, which displays your recent activity and provides a snapshot of what’s happening.

📚 Courses Tab
The courses tab houses an extensive list of all the courses available in your Excel Campus library. Scroll through to find the course you’re interested in, and let’s dive in!

🔖 Course Navigation
Within a course, you’ll find various levels and sections. Let’s say we’re on level five of the “Elevate” course. At the top, you’ll see your progress in the course.
Below that, you can expand each section to view the lessons within. Clicking the “Continue” button will take you to the next lesson, or you can select any specific lesson to view it.

🎥 Video Lessons
When you access a lesson, you’ll find the video at the top. Simply click the play button to start watching it.
If you prefer a full-screen view, there’s a dedicated button for that too. When you rotate your device, the video will seamlessly adapt to the full-screen mode.
After watching a video, click the “Mark Complete” button to track your progress and move on to the next lesson. To navigate back to the course or courses tab, use the buttons in the top left corner.

📲 Offline Viewing
One of the app’s great features is the ability to watch videos offline, even when you’re not connected to the internet. To do this, go to the courses tab and locate the course you want to download. Each course will have a small cloud icon with a down arrow next to it. Clicking that icon initiates the download of all the video lessons for that course. Once the download is complete, the icon changes to a cloud with a checkmark, indicating that you can now access those videos offline. This is perfect for learning on the go!

🌐 Community Forum
The Excel Campus mobile app provides access to the vibrant community forum, where you can connect with fellow learners and engage in discussions. By clicking the “Community” button, you’ll open the news feed or activity feed of the community. Browse through recent posts, make your own posts, and reply to existing discussions. The app also includes a notifications tab to keep you updated on new posts and replies to your own contributions.

📌 Additional Features
The “More” tab houses a wealth of additional features. Here are a few highlights:
- Profile: Customize and manage your profile, including your timeline and connections.
- Favorites: Access your favorite courses for quick reference.
- CTI CFS: Retrieve and download course CTI CFS (whatever those abbreviations stand for) to your device.
- Course Stats: Track your progress in different courses, view quiz results, and more.

Greetings! I use Android phone and had the Excel Campus app, which was really nice but now it doesn’t work! What happened? I can’t find the app anymore in Google Play Store! I am seeing a lot of posts to do with this same issue. I know it’s available for Apple devices but what about the rest of us who don’t have/use Apple devices!? Will there not be an app for Android platform? If so, it would be awesome to get it very soon!
Thank you!
Hello Connie, we understand your sentiment and appreciate your enthusiasm for the Excel Campus app. We are still working on the Android version. Unfortunately, we do not have a release date yet, but rest assured that we will keep you updated on any progress. Thank you for your patience and support! 🙂
Thank you Remarie!
Hi Jon
On Oct 29th I’ve posted a message concerning the use of the App on my Android device. It didn’t work anymore. This week I got a new phone, again an android device and moved all of my data from one device to the other, including the Apps. Much to my surprise, when I started the Excel Campus App and loged in, it started up like before. I could continu the PQ pro course I’m following now on my desktop. Started one of the videos, checked my profile, my previous certificates, …. Everything was synched correctly. My current device supports android 14 and happy to say I can use the App again on a non-IOS device
Thank you for letting us know, Tom! 👍 Have a great weekend! 🙂
And with the second try after a week and a half, the access to the App is blocked again.
Thank you for the update, Tom. 👍 We have added this update to our records. Right now the app is only available on iOS. We apologize for the inconvenience. Feel free to try it out on iOS and/or continue with the desktop version! 🙂
Hi Jon,
I tried to install “excel campus” app. on my mobile (iPhone 16, IOS). It seemsthere is a bug to run this application. I already check it with the firm apple and they realise there is something not going well. Would you like please to check if it would be possible to install it on a smartphone. Many thanks and have a nice day. Nicolas
Hi, Excel Campus Team. I had the App on my Android phone since it was launched. I’ve used it a couple of times in the beginning to try everything out. And it worked fine. Yesterday – after not having used the App for several months – I tried to fire it up because I needed it to find something at work where I don’t have access to the desktop version, but it encoutered a critical error and couldn’t get started. Now I read in this section that it’s only available on IOS? What happened since the original launch?
When will this be available on Android platform?
Great question, Cyndi! 🙂 Right now the app is only available on iOS. There is no current timeframe of availability on Android. We apologize for the inconvenience. Feel free to try it out on iOS and/or continue with the desktop version! 🙂
UPDATE: Right now the app is only available on iOS. The mention of Android has since been removed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Feel free to try it out on iOS and/or continue with the desktop version! 🙂
Thank you for letting us know, Mohamed! 🙂 I will check with the team. We will be in contact once a solution is reached. 🙂
Jon, this is amazing. I love having my solutions at my finger tips. ;-)
Thank you. 🙂
Thank you for your kind feedback, Janelle! 🙂
